Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to making returns.

Returns must be shipped back to us by Postal AIR (USPS has tracking AIR service) with a declared value of $1 and marked clearly as a return, with the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package.

Items returned from outside of Canada via UPS Ground, or Fedex Ground must be declared as “Defective Returned Mechandise” and be declared for $1.
