With regards to free items, only one free item will be shipped per order. Free items are there for the use of customers to place one per order in their shopping carts.
Returns Policy:
You may return any slightly used items as long as they are returned in their original undamaged packaging. All accessories and users manuals muct also be returned. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Used items may not be returned nor ones with no original packaging or missing parts or manuals. We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please do not ship anything back to us without a return authorization number. All returns must first be authorized so we can give you detailed instructions on where and how to send your item(s). Please be aware that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and arranging shipment of returned items.
After submitting an item for refund, you can expect to receive your refund within four weeks after you submit a return request, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties and taxes that might be invloved.
If you need to return an item, simply email us to request a return authorization, and be sure to include your order number. Please do not phone-in a return request. After we receive your return request via email, we'll send you an email with detailed instructions for your return. After we receive your returned item(s), we will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
